1,000 days without accidents

A great 1,000 days without accidents in the EMC FIME areas, where we are applying WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methodology.
This is a particularly important result for us, because it is a strong signal of our policies on safety. We have always been extremely attentive to issues related to accidents at work, and, since 2010, we have started a process to increase the safety of our plant by applying the rigid methodologies of World Class Manufacturing. This has involved changing not only our production processes but also the working environment and organization of the various departments. The introduction and, especially, the integration of these processes within Fime have made it possible for us not only to improve the quality of work of our staff, but also to eliminate accidents in the space of just two years.
These procedures are now an integral part of our daily work, and it is thanks to this that we have been able to achieve this very important result, true recognition of careful, high quality teamwork.
