National Campaign for quality – Conference Ravenna Confindustria

On November 16, EMC FIME attended the conference “The ethical value of quality: create value for customers, for the company and for the territory”, held in Ravenna at the headquarters of Confindustria discussing about the quality in product development, the lean approach and in particular the Design for Six Sigma (DFSS).

Pursuing continuous improvement were in fact achieved significant results: from the skills development, project and risk management, to the establishment of a true change management process.
